Hi Satish!

This component looks great. Is there any way of extending its features or changing its styling?

Thanks!

Excellent piece of work!

Since I know any higher-ups will ask... What license (or licenses) govern the use of this component?

Cool stuff. What would REALLY be helpful would be if you'd just enable the "View Source" menu link on your example application for it.

Hi Satish. I am having difficulties compiling the pivotComponent using flex SDK 3.4, the bat files dont work. The error I get is :

PivotComponent\src\com\adobe\flex\extras\controls\pivotCom
ponentClasses\OLAPChartExtension.mxml(1179): Error: Could not resolve <mx:Legend> to a component implementation.

I tried to build it using Flex Builder 3 too, but that didn't work too. Could you post the updated sources to work with the latest SDK?

Thanks.

The major problem with this component is that there is no vertical scrolling on the grid when the rows increase. Makes it pretty unuseable since you cannot see the data. I notice Satish has not answered anything here since April 2008? This is such an awesome component! Can anybody fix the scroll? I am going through the source now but have not found where the scroll is getting disabled yet

re: scrolling problem - found problem in source and fixed - scrolls correctly now.

Satish can you provide a simple example to read stuff from adobe's olapgrid, meaning convert the cuberesult to a arraycollection

can't find samples on how to export olapdatagrid to flatfile/excel or a mere array ;/
